Yes, all dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered to stay at our facility. This policy helps ensure a safe and stress-free environment for all our guests. 

To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we require proof of the following up-to-date vaccinations:

-Rabies

-Distemper/Parovirus (DHPP)

-Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Please provide vaccination records prior to your dog's stay.

*Vaccinations much be given by licensed veterinarian. 

Absolutely! We require a meet and greet with you and your pup to make sure it will be a good fit for all. 

All dogs must be at least 6 months old and fully vaccinated before their stay.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We recommend bringing the following:

-Your dog's regular food

-Any necessary medications (with detailed instructions)

-A favorite toy or blanket for comfort (optional)

For the safety and comfort of all dogs and humans on our property, we reserve the right to limit or decline boarding for certain breeds or individual dogs. These decisions may be based on factors such as temperament, size, behavioral history, insurance requirements, and our ability to safely accommodate a dog within our environment.

Our goal is to provide a low-stress, safe, and positive experience for every guest. If we determine that a dog is not the right fit for our facility, we are happy to discuss alternative options or make referrals when possible. This policy is not personal and is always made with safety and well-being in mind.
